The CHS girls varsity soccer season began with defeat. On Mon. March 18 the girls held their first game at the CHS turf against Grand Island.

Sophomore, Maddie Uhlig, scored the first goal leading the team. The score was incredibly close leaving the team and crowd very anxious. Sadly CHS took a loss with a score of 2-1.

The girls head back to the field on Thurs. March 21 to face off against Norfolk. Best of luck to our CHS girls varsity team!
