How To Keep Your New Year's Resolutions

It is officially 2019! Of course with every new year comes new year's resolutions, however keeping and achieving your goals for the new year is very difficult for the majority of people. Here are three easy ways you can keep your resolutions in mind and hopefully achieve them.

  1. 1. Set a reminder on your phone : The first thing almost everyone checks in the morning is their phone. A great way to keep your goals in mind would be setting a reminder on your phone so the first thought in your head will be your resolutions.

  1. 2. Have an incentive : An incentive is a great way to motivate yourself to actually achieve your goals. If one of your resolutions is to lose weight, buy a cute outfit that may be a size smaller, hang it up in your room and hopefully by the end of the year, you will fit into it.

  1. 3. Celebrate the little things : You should always be proud of yourself even if it is something small it’s still progress. Rewarding yourself and celebrating the little things will often make you want to keep going and follow through with your new year goals.
