Tae Kwon Don't Bully

Esteps ATA Martial Arts hosted a bullying prevention seminar for the elementary students earlier this year.   Derric Denniston, a junior at Cornell High School, as well as a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do assisted in the seminar.  He managed the computers and made sure the presentation went smoothly.  The seminar included a fifteen minute video about how to protect yourself from bullies and to prevent bullying. Towards the end of the presentation, Derric and his instructor, Michael Estep, broke wooden boards with their feet for the student's enjoyment.  The seminar was incredibly informational and fun for the students.  Esteps Martial arts plans on having this seminar again soon and Derric will definitely be participating.
