STRESSED OUT!

What Stress! everyone in high school deals with stress but there’s things you can do to lessen stress in your everyday life.  Here are some everyday students telling how they deal with their stress. And also what they get stressed out about most.  Stress can be a pain!

I asked some students why they get stressed out.

Lydia Mattison (because there’s a lot of homework, and not enough time to get it done)

When do you get stressed out the most?

What do you do to prevent or do you compromise with stress meaning deal with it or treat it?

Below is a list of ideas from students on how to lessen stress:

1.     when your stressed out take a step back and do something that relaxes you and come back to what you were doing that was stressing you out.

2.    Make a schedule so you know what you need to do when and have time to do everything and not stressing out about when you’re going to make time for certain things.

3.    Make sure you get a least 8 hours of sleep to lessen stress by being all refreshed when you wake up in the morning.

4.    Write down on a piece of paper what is stressing you out it should help.

5.    Make sure you get your homework down a head of time and don’t wait to the last minute

6.    Talk to someone tell them why you are stressed and see if they have any ideas or ways to help you.

My names is Rebekah Renee Sinkler and I'm an October baby.

I am working toward early graduation: taking 3 extra online classes, plus working at Akiko's for a Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) credit, and trying super hard to pass every class.

I love writing poems and being involved in school as much as I can. I want to be able to have the full experience of high school even know I'm graduating a year early.
