The first snow fall of the season in Milford Pennsylvania was on Saturday night November 19, 2016.  It came as a shock due to the warm weather of 60 degrees earlier that day. The snow began as sleet creating piles of slush on the road with harsh temperatures later that night. By Sunday morning the trees where covered with about a half an inch of snow creating a winter wonderland as you drove thru the small communities. Winds continued thru the day into the night causing a two hour delay to school Monday morning allowing something that many of us do on rare occasion; sleep.
