Newfield High School Student Brenden Cope is the winner of the Atlantic Wind Symphony student solo competition!  Competing against students throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Brenden will be the featured performer on the Atlantic Wind Symphony Concert this Sunday afternoon, June 3, 2018 at Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts at 3pm.  He will be performing the Morceau Symphonique by Alexandre Guilmant/Shepard accompanied by the Atlantic Wind Symphony.  Brenden's band teacher Dr. Harold Goldstein will be conducting the Atlantic Wind Symphony while his student performs this trombone solo feature.  Brenden will also receive a $200 scholarship.  Congratulations to Brenden Cope and his teacher Dr. Goldstein on this fantastic accomplishment!
