A Simple Tree

This watercolor-based painting came from the idea I had that when fall comes, a tree not only symbolizes the season, but it symbolizes growth. The leaves fall, they change color, and animals surround it. To me, it represents new beginnings, something that has had a huge impact on me this fall.
