In today's news, President elect Biden says "people may die" if his incoming administration continues to be impeded by President Trump. Mr. Biden said coordination was needed to tackle the coronavirus pandemic. The Trump campaign launched some legal challenges in the wake of the November 3rd vote to contest ballot counts to try to expose any illegal voter fraud. President elect Biden called President Trump's refusal to acknowledge he lost the election "totally irresponsible".

JV and Varsity boys basketball tryouts will take place this Friday and Saturday, November 20 and 21, for anyone interested in trying out for basketball in grades 10-12. Tryouts on Friday will take place at Ephrata Middle School from 6:50-9:00. Tryouts on Saturday will also take place at Ephrata Middle School from 10:20-12:30.
9th grade basketball tryouts will take place this Friday and Saturday, November 20 and 21, for anyone interested in trying out for basketball in ninth grade. Tryouts on Friday will take place at Ephata High School from 4:45-6:15. Tryouts on Saturday will also take place at Ephrata High School from 8:00-10:00 AM.

With college costs continuing to rise, there is assistance available. If you are interested in serving your country and going to college, plan on attending one of two online information sessions about how the military can help pay for college and reduce student loan debt. These sessions will focus on Military Academies, college ROTC programs, as well as the GI Bill and EAP programs.
The program will be approximately 45 minutes in length and will run live at 11:30 am and 6pm TOMORROW, November 18th. Sign up using the link in Schoology or the EHS Counseling webpage.
