East Juniata High School's Senior High Chorus has had a cantata every year, directed by Mr. Miliken. They practice for several months every other school day in preparation. The chorus holds their own performance once a year to the public. Also, they sing their cantata to the entire school on the last day before Christmas break. However this year through a little bit of work and extra planning, we changed things up.
On December 9th, East Juniata High School's chorus held a third performance where they sang at the church across the street. Mr. Miliken was able to arrange several extra practices at the Good News Lutheran Brethern Church. Along with the students at school, anyone from church was also invited to come and sing with them. After several practices, the adults and the students were ready to sing to an audience. They held a wonderful performance to the attends that night, it was clear that all of the hard work paid off.
