Good Morning Ephrata, NAMES today is Monday Sept 17! Welcome to the new Ephrata AM! Please rise for a moment of silence and the pledge to the flag.




If you are interested in taking the PSAT test on Wednesday, October 10th, please come down to the Guidance Office to sign up and get your student guide. Sign-ups will close at the end of day on Friday, Sept. 21st.


OTAKU CLUB! The first meeting of anime club is on Tuesday, September 18th in Mr. Hershey’s room in 309 after school from 2:35 to 3:30!


ATTENTION JUNIORS AND SENIORS: If you would like to be in the Mini- THON Club, please pick up an application form from either Mr. Martin in room 210 or Mrs. Socie in Room 317.  Our first meeting is Tuesday, September 18th immediately after school.

The coastal city of Wilmington, North Carolina, has been cut off from the rest of the state due to heavy floods following Hurricane Florence. Officials say all roads in and out are now impassable and have warned evacuated residents to stay away. About 400 people have been rescued from flood waters in the city.

Typhoon Mangkhut, a powerful storm which killed dozens of people in the Philippines, is now making its way across southern China. In Hong Kong, the storm wrecked buildings and shut down the city.

In sports results, field hockey  lost vs CV, tennis lost against Cocalico and football lost against Lancaster Catholic. On Sat, boys soccer lost 1-0 vs Warwick and the girls soccer team won 1-0 at Warwick.



Today in sports,   tennis is home vs Garden Spot, Golf is at Media Heights, Cross country will run at home this afternoon, girls soccer is away at Muhlenberg, boys soccer is away at Garden Spot, and volleyball is home vs Muhlenberg.
