The East Juniata Junior and Senior High Bands will hold their final concert of the year on Wednesday, April 25. Both groups have been working since January to prepare a variety of music to perform. The Junior High will play first, followed by the Senior High. Junior High’s performance will include songs such as “Abandoned Treasure Hunt” and “51 Pegasus,” while the Senior High’s will feature selections such as “With Quiet Courage” and “Simple Gifts.”
The concert will be at 7:00 p.m. in the East Juniata High School auditorium on the night of April 25. Admittance is free of charge, and the public’s attendance is highly encouraged. Director Kevin Milliken is excited to showcase the talent of the musicians whom he has mentored and taught throughout this school year. He looks forward to next year, when he can continue making music with his students.
