Test your luck with a new Friends of Rachel club challenge!

Two dark green shamrocks are hidden somewhere around the school.

Be the lucky one to find a hidden shamrock and you’ll recieve a gift card to either Fox Meadows Creamery or Subway!

Lucky shamrocks are in common areas such as the halls, cafe or media center. Not in individual classrooms.

Turn your lucky shamrock in to Ms Hall in room 124 to claim your prize.

Good LUCK ehs!

At least six people have died with nine others injured after a foot bridge on the Florida International University Campus collapsed on the street below. The bridge was 174ft long and weighed about 950 tons, being built out of heavy duty steel and concrete in order to resist up to category five hurricane. It is unknown how long it will be until the bridge is reopened.

On this day in history, the first military academy in the United States was established in 1802. Officially called the United States Military Academy, it is often simply known as West Point due to its location in the New York town of the same name. West Point graduates are most often the ones found leading important battles in our history textbooks. The first African-American student was admitted to West Point in 1870, and the first female cadets were admitted in 1976.
Also, today is the birthday of the Father of the Constitution, President James Madison! Happy birthday!!
