In two weeks EJHS TAG! (Tigers Acting Guild) will be presenting their fall play, A Lighter Shade of Noir. This play is a fun and comical spoof on the detective films of the 1940's. When five of the world's most famous detectives gather at the Victoria Grand Hotel for a convention, all of their most prized possessions and more are stolen. Even a kidnapping takes my place. Who could have done it? The janitors? Some mobsters? Or maybe that no good Ethel? Well, you'll have to come see to find out. TAG! will be performing on November 10 and 11 at 7:00 in the EJHS auditorium. Tickets are $4 and can be bought ahead of time in Mr. Ritzman's room or at the door before the performance.

The cast and crew of A Lighter Shade of Noir have been working tirelessly since September to make this the best performance it can be. The cast has been rehearsing every night and have brought their characters to life. The crew has also been working on the lights, curtains, and more to make the show run smoothly. Jaqueline Malocu is helping with hair and makeup. Mrs. Kerstetter and her art class are helping with props and Mr. Roush and his shop class have built a wonderful set. None of this would be possible without TAG!'s awesome director, Penny Ritzman. She spends her time working so that the students at EJ can experience an awesome theatre program where they learn the ins and outs of a creative production. So, we recommend that you come check out this play on November 10 and 11.
