Impeachment Inquiry.
Revelations regarding a phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky led to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi initiating a formal impeachment inquiry last week. The President, White House officials and, the President's attorney Rudy Giuliani tried to get in front of the story over the weekend but it seemed they only added to the confusion.

Forever 21 Bankruptcy
A restructuring should prevent the chain store from closing its doors for good but, the sorry state of big-box retail doesn't bode well for the future of Forever 21. The fact that consumers are turning away from cheap "fast fashion" and would rather fill their closets with wardrobes that don't contribute to wasteful practices that fill up landfills and pay below living wages to the people that produce the clothing doesn't help. #repurposed #upcycled

Rosh Hashanah is the start of the Jewish New Year, as stated in the Bible (Leviticus 23:23-31). The name of Rosh Hashanah is sometimes called “The Feast of Trumpets.” and marks the start of the Jewish High Holy Days leading up to Yom Kippur.The proper greeting for someone who celebrates Rosh Hashanah is “Shanah Tovah,” which means “good year” in Hebrew.
Various religions designate different times of the calendar to celebrate the start of a new year. Celtic culture chose the spring equinox because it was the time of planting, Semitic cultures in the Near East celebrated the new year in the fall, after the harvest.
