The specialty of the house is a Hong Kong egg waffle called Gai Dan Jai, which translates to "little eggs" in Chinese. Unlike a traditional waffle, Hong Kong egg waffles use a sweet egg based batter that makes the outside super crispy and the inside soft and cake like. You have never had a waffle cone quite like the ones at Eggloo!
