This is serious. Cape Town, South Africa is running out of water. Scientists are predicting that the popular tourist destination may run out of water as soon as April with a slow recovery from the droughts brought on by El Niño two years ago. The water shortages also threaten to affect Johannesburg and the industrial and agricultural areas that have been spared thus far.
