Joseph Yoon is an entrepreneur who is the chef/owner of both Yummy Eats and Dinner Echo and the Executive Director of Brooklyn Bugs. Brooklyn Bugs was a three day festival celebrating edible insects and was recently featured in the New York Times, NPR, and Gizmodo among other notable publications.
