Meet Zora Ilunga-Reed! Zora is a high school student at Nightingale Bamford in New York City and she is interested in social justice, government, and international affairs. In July of 2016, she created We the Ppl, a political podcast and blog for people who can't vote. In the fall of 2016, she spent a semester studying at the School for Ethics and Global Leadership in Washington, D.C. This past summer, she worked as an intern in the office of Council Member Mark Levine on policy research, constituent services, and campaign organization. She's definitely a high schooler with big ambition. Forget keeping up with the Kardashians, we'd much rather keep up with Zora.
