British artist Lucy Sparrow has made a big impact with her exhibition 8 Till Late at The Standard Hotel in New York City. Open to the public from June 5th – June 30th, 8 Till Late transforms a 1200-square-foot space into a fully stocked "felt" bodega (neighborhood convenience store). The artist worked for eight months hand making each of the colorful pieces for the store and each and every piece is available for sale.
