The glamour and excitement of the Cannes Film Festival makes it one of the premier and prestigious events for filmmakers from across the globe; plus they throw great parties aboard huge yachts. This is the 70th season of the festival and it has already been an historic one, marking only the second time a woman (Sofia Coppola) has won the directorial prize.
