Do you have any resolutions for the new year? Here are some of the most common resolutions people have come up with throughout the years. One of the most common resolutions is to exercise more which can either be doing an actual sport or going to the gym or just doing push ups, sit ups, etc at home. This is a great resolution so that you can stay active. Another one of the most common resolutions is to learn a new skill or hobby. Some examples of this could be to learn a new sport, start painting or drawing, start photography, or to start gardening. Additionally, many people will also try to save more money and spend less money. This is a very beneficial resolution because it is always good to have money for things that will matter in the future such as a new car. Another common resolution is to spend more time with family and friends. This is a very good resolution because it is always important to make time for your family. This is usually very hard because most likely everyone in your family is busy with different things but try to make time for them. It will be worth it and will help your family respect each other more and stay close with one another. It is also a common resolution to want to travel more. Traveling is a great way to explore new places around the world and to see things that you have never seen before. Of course, it is extremely expensive to travel nowadays but that is where my previously stated resolution comes in, which is to not spend as much money and to try to save more. For people who don’t read much but want to read more, this one's for you! Find time in your day for reading. There are many great books out there. You can do your research and use apps like Goodreads to find suggestions that you will enjoy based on your preferences. Overall, these are many resolutions that you can follow but you can also come up with your own that will impact you the most. You know yourself best! Set a goal that motivates you and that you know you will work on achieving.
