Hong Kong Protests
Protest continue around Honk Kong after China proposed a controversial bill which would allow China to extradite citizens of the city to the mainland. More than two million people rallied against the extradition bill over the weekend even after China announced it would suspend implementation. 

Student activist , Joshua Wong, who has been the face of pro-democracy protests has called for the resignation of Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam.

Blackout 

The power is back on in Argentina and Uruguay after a massive electrical failure left both countries in darkness for more than 12 hours. The blackout was caused by a failure in an electrical grid that serves both countries.

Raptors win! 

The Warriors were taken down by the Raptors in a dramatic Game 6 of the NBA Finals with a 114-110 victory. This is the first championship for the Toronto team who count The rapper Drake as their biggest  and most public fan. Longtime Raptor Kyle Lowry lifeted his team to the win,  level  scoring 26 points to go with 10 assists, seven rebounds, three steals. The purple dinosaurs rule the NBA until next year.
