On Saturday, April 7th all of us in NHS decided to hold a 5k run/walk for Austin Parker. We decided to hold the run/walk for Austin to help the family out with the medical costs. If you did not know already, Austin was in a severe bicycle accident on his way to school earlier this year. Everyone in NHS went and worked together to get a lot of donations and other things for the event. After a lot of hard work and fun , we held the event. The race went great with quite a few people coming out to run even though it was a cold windy morning . In the end we had a great turnout for the event and raised quite a bit of money for him!
